Meet Our Founder
Laura Cho is the Founder of ThriveWork Advisory, specializing in leadership development and organization transformation. With 16 years of corporate HR leadership experience including CHRO roles across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, and Regional Manager in Hong Kong, she brings a practical, global perspective to scaling high-performance and thriving organizations.
Laura has credentials as certified coach (ICA), SHRM-SCP, and Masters of Management in Organization Development. She partners with organizations to build thriving leaders and cultures across Southeast Asia and has coached executives across the U.S., UK, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia.
